The property sits on a busy street which is not a problem. It is really near the m line which is a bonus and so close to Harajuku, Shibuya, and train station of Sinjuku. One thing I didn't like was how thin the spongy-like mattresses were per bed -- perhaps about an inch and a half thick. I understand plenty Japanese people sleep like that but I think by adding atleast 2 per bed would be more comfortable and suitable. Another thing I didn't really like was that I wasnt able to understand how the washer machine worked and I didn't know if it was a dryer at the same time. This was an issue for us because for the time being there (8 days) we wanted to wash our towels but couldn't. Nontheless it was a great spot I would stay there once more IF they decide to add 2 mattresses per beds.
