"The temperature went by the weather outside. When I checked in my hotel room was very hot."

"The location was convenient for walking out and immediately having options. Close to transportation as well. The beds and pillows are pretty terrible though. I slept poorly and there was a stuffiness to the room as well. AC helped a little bit, but I got really congested and triggered by something in the room. "

"Enjoy the stay. Staff are friendly. The room is on the smaller size but that normal for Japan. For a 3 bed room. I especially enjoyed happy hour in the lobby every evening. Good hotel. "

"The staff were so nice. However the hotel said it came with air conditioners. The room was stuffy and had thermostat set to 75. I was not able to adjust the temperature and when asked the staff explained the temperature was regulated by the facility. The staff were so nice and brought us a portable fan. All it did was circulate the hot air though. "

"A short metro ride and walk from Shinjuku station, the property is nicely outside the busy downtown area. The park and metro entrance are a few minutes away by foot. The rooms were clean enough but some details were overlooked. The breakfast buffet was tasty and convenient at a decent price and allergy information was displayed for each item. The staff was nice but pushed their rewards plan a bit too hard on check-in for this weary traveler. "
