Enter with our electronic lockbox under a covered porch into a charming foyer.

The large spacious living room is next and houses a very comfortable couch and chair and a half.

There are 2 ottomans, 3 lamps & 2 end tables as well as 2 console tables, one housing a 55 inch TCL Smart TV w/ Sling TV provided. (Like basic cable) or log in to your favorite steaming services with your own account.

Next is the cooks kitchen boasting Quartz countertops and backsplash. New Stainless Steel appliance pkg w/ dishwasher, gas range, top bottom fridge/freezer w/ ice trays and Brita pitcher and microwave.

There is a toaster & Keurig coffee machine w/ k cups for your convenience.

Light cooking supplies, plateware and silverware are provided.

There is room for up to 6 at the custom breakfast nook bench/dining area.

2 bedrooms are on the main level both with memory foam Full sized mattresses. They are a little on the firmer side, but our guests overall seem to enjoy them. Each bedroom has extra blankets, blackout curtains, its own ceiling fan & closet. Both closets have additional sheets and clothing storage.

BR #1 has a spacious work desk and chair. We provide Speedy Buckeye Fiber 200 internet, great for guests working from home.

BR #2 has a side chair / ottoman.

Both bedrooms have hardwood floors.

The upstairs houses the private primary suite w/ ensuite half bath. Queen bed with memory foam mattress & sitting area atop new plush carpeting. A private retreat to rest and relax.

Downstairs youll find a full sized washer/dryer free for use & a partially finished basement with rec room that has a fold out couch & ping pong table.

Outside enjoy the perfect place for pets w/ a fully fenced lush yard w/ gate over the driveway.

This home has central AC, Central Heat, and a new Hot Water tank.

This home is a short drive to locations such as Toledo Zoo, Toledo Museum of Art, Glass City Center, Stranahan Theatre I75 and 475 & more! This home is located in near Toledo Hospital near the Secor/Central restaurant/shopping corridor.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is around $100 although it can be higher during weekends/holidays while sleeping 7 guests. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. We do our best to allow pets and provide an affordable & clean home. Our homes are historic, and sometimes behave accordingly. Thank you for not leaving a bad review over something disclosed in our ad.
