Well…..I opted to save $47 and stay here instead of a Hilton property. Well, I could do it again if traveling alone but my family would absolutely not stay here. Not good. But pay for what you get.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights last week, and unfortunately, I was bitten during my stay. I developed bites all over my body and experienced intense itching afterward. It was a very unpleasant experience and definitely affected my stay.

The Inn was a haven after I drove from Green Bay through heavy downpours and thunderstorms. I have a serious hip injury and I travel with my Service Dog. The staff was very accommodating and assigned me a 1st floor room with easy access.

Staff was nice and helpful. Property was a mess. First room I was given had 2 people on either side standing outside smoking so the room smelled like an ashtray. I asked for another room away from smokers and was given a room on the 3rd floor that was away from other people but didn't have a shower curtain. Phone in room also didn't work so I had to walk back to office to request a shower curtain. Nice lady showed up with one in 10 minutes and put it up. Bath towels were the dirtiest I have ever seen at a hotel. They looked like they were used in and auto shop and the hotel was barrowing them. Strangely the hand towels were cleaner. Heat worked, TV worked and had hot water so that was good.

If it wasn't for David (I believe the night manager), I would not have given the higher rating that I did. The carpet in our room was filthy, and the shower curtains were ripped. David did all that he could for us to make our stop as good as possible, including his concern for a brawl that occurred outside of our room.

A bit off the beaten path and well worn this hotel could use some updates. Moldy spores on bathroom ceiling, splatters of paint or dried blood on the floor 🤔 Loud music coming from the upstairs unit until midnight Homeless folks all over, sketchy folks, druggie type Lock up Perhaps think of somewhere else 🤔

Walked in the front door. No niceties, no pleasantries, just... "ID. ID. Second floor. Opposite side. Don't put keys next to phone." Shower had black, pink, brown growth, bottom was grey...disgusting (been in better truck stops). Drawers on dresser screwed shut. Not the cleanest. Not worth the $100.oo/night. Won't be back.
