“Such a cute and cozy cottage. Everything was clean and welcoming. It is located in a very peaceful setting, close to both Mayfield and Riffe lakes. Big back yard and great setting area on the patio. The host was very propmpt in getting back to me with any questions I had. We were there for what plans on being a yearly swim event and I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it.”

“My stay was quite exceptional! I loved the cozy atmosphere and hearing the rain drizzle at night through the open windows throughout the cabin. The area was small, but that was the point. The space was well-organized and quaint. I loved my 4-day stay here! ”

“Such a lovely and peaceful place to stay! The real gem was Mark! He gave us so many ideas of what to do and go to find unique experiences in the area. He even had advice for the rest of our trip. We walked down to the river from the path out his backyard. There is a grocery store with all the necessities quite close and a coffee shop.”

“We needed a large place to stay in order for our family to be together for my mother’s funeral. The house and condo were exactly as listed and pictured. At one time, we had 3 adults downstairs and 5 adults upstairs. We did most of our cooking and eating upstairs, so I hope we didn’t mix up the cookware too much! It was very comfortable for all - enough room to gather, or be separated. And the deer! We had a mother deer and her two youngsters visit every day, and even caught a glimpse of the……

“Wonderful accommodations for two families making memories. The garage has been repurposed into a game room, lots of yard to play in, horseshoes, and board games for the inside. Beautiful view of the lake and lots of sleeping areas. Perfect size for a group of 8. ”

“The street parking in the area was limited and sometimes we struggled to find a nearby spot. Other than that the house was charming and comfortable.”

“Pros: This rental was so clean! It was beautiful and my family had so much fun there. Extra bedding, towels, and life jackets were provided. There were more beds than expected. The lake was super great; sandy and shallow. The shower in the house was lovely. The deck had no splinters. Good amount of privacy, gorgeous views. Easy checkout instructions - just do dishes and take out trash (no laundry!)Cons: There was no a/c (as expected; lucky we could just spend time in the lake!). I agree with……
