Room was unheated and inadequately furnished. No desk, just a double bed and a single small chair in the corner. The room was big enough to include a desk. The hotel was a bit of a long walk to the center of Valle de Bravo.

Las instalaciones muy bien y adecuadas al precio, el servicio de todo el personal es muy bueno En cuanto al desayuno me parece muy caro un supuesto bufete de $180.00 por persona en donde solo hay chilaquiles y huevo, el café bastante malo pero muy amables las chicas que atienden.

Hotel con pésima ubicación.

Hotel básico tres estrellas. El servicio de restaurante lo tiene sólo los fines de semana. A veces la administración esta cerrada. Lo fatal es su ubicación, para salir del hotel recorres una estrecha calle en sentido contrario porque no hay otro modo de hacerlo. Imposible estar en este hotel por su ubicación y además el área no era agradable.

En general es un hotel sencillo y cómodo. Muy tranquilo. Lo único malo es que el agua de la alberca estaba helada e inicialmente elegí el hotel porque me dijeron que había agua caliente. Por lo demás bien.

El hotel estaba lleno, solo una persona para atender todo. Llegamos tipo a las 9:00 pm y dijo que cuando se desocupara nos daba el control de la tele, lo cual no llegó hasta las 11:00 pm Agua fría, y porque no llegó un grupo grande y como llegaron tarde. Dieron permiso que se usara la alberca y todo el hotel para jugar, mucho ruido. Muy limpio todo y bien mantenido
