The Space:
Villa Napoli was thoughtfully designed for rest and comfort. As you arrive, a spacious parking area for 4 cars welcomes you. On the main level, you’ll find four bedrooms — two with King-size beds and two with a Double bed plus a bunk (twin on top, double below) — all with private en-suite bathrooms.

Walk downstairs to the open-plan kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room ideal for quality time.

Step out onto the terrace, where a small lounge area awaits with gorgeous views of the surrounding forest. Further down, enjoy a large garden with a second pool and a jacuzzi surrounded by trees. A unique bonus: the property sits next to a river, making this spot peaceful and deeply relaxing.

There’s also a service room with a bunk bed, private bathroom, and laundry area.

Guest Access:
You’ll have private access to the entire property: main house, both pools, jacuzzi (available for an extra fee), terraces, garden, parking area, and direct access to the river.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Fontana Bella, one of Avándaro’s quietest, most nature-filled residential areas in Valle de Bravo. Just 5 minutes away you’ll find the Fresko supermarket, shopping plazas, bank ATMs, and a variety of restaurants offering local and international cuisine.

Getting Around:
We recommend arriving by car to move easily throughout Valle de Bravo. The property includes ample parking. You can also use local taxis or ride-hailing apps.
