Newly renovated lake home on 30 acres! This is the original property on the lake and it is gorgeous. The house is just steps from the water and faces west with hundreds of feet of level shoreline. There's a canoe, pedal boat, kayaks, wide 30' dock and fishing poles to enjoy the water. Trails throughout the land with plenty of wildlife.
The house is setup for monthly rentals and fully furnished with everything you will need. All utilities are included, even cable/internet, snowplowing and lawncare! Located on the ATV/Snowmobile trails in Tomahawk. Only about 30 minutes from Minocqua, Rhinelander and Wausau for work and Northwoods fun!
Enter through a four-season TV room w vaulted ceiling. Continue into the open concept home's huge kitchen and dining areas overlooking the lake through a picture window. A massive quartz island. French door stainless fridge. 2 ovens and 2 cooktops. Microwave and DW. 2-car attached garage.
A double wood burning fireplace sits between the dining room and the living room w a stunning 77" LG OLED TV. 2 leather queen memory foam sleeper sofas. Picture window overlooking the lake. Foosball cocktail table and MD Sports competition air hockey table. Full bath around the corner. Washer/Dryer.
- Bedroom1 is a master suite with half bath. Aireloom handmade king bed. 4k FireTV w Alexa. Fan. 2 closets.
- Bedroom2 overlooks the lake. Luxury queen bed. Alexa. Closet. Fan.
- Bedroom3 overlooks the lake. 2 closets. Setup as a gym/office. Desk w file & chair. NordicTrack row machine. Weight bench. Power Rack w cable system.
