「Tim was very easy to work with and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The apt layout is roomy and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our time in Wausau and the apt was very convenient and we were able to walk to some interesting shops, bars and cafés.」

「Loved staying here, we visited from out of state to see relatives in this area. The retreat is wonderful. Everything we needed. Host even let us stay an extra day when asked. Was clean and offered a washing machine and dryer, fire Pitt, swings for the kids. Grill, full kitchen. We will try to come again.」

「Warm and nice layout. Being -30 meant spending more time indoors. No drafts, after we closed two windows inadvertently left open by the cleaners! Host was responsive to many texts. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to install aircon in the kids room upstairs and at the very least a fan in the room/office downstairs. We were very comfortable in the master as it had aircon but the others didn’t sleep well due to the heat.」

「The host was easy to work with. Early on before booking I had some questions as there was confusion about how many bedrooms and beds in the actual listing,but he clarified that and that was completely accurate. we were happy with the house, patio and pier with a great view of the lake which was on a peninsula, so there was very little boat traffic. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans, crockpot etc. It was great to have two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom did have a...
