「Everything was unique about this property. We were surprised once we got there but it was the highlight of our trip. Everything is 5 star from friendly staff. Very nice owner, location, cleanliness, comfortable. I was travelling with my 2 teenagers and they both love it. The owner did a fantastic job renovating this old house. 「I was sent the wrong code to access the key so was stuck on the street until i contacted someone using the phone number on the email. Foyer was very dark. Lamp wasn't working which made the room even darker. I noticed the light bulb wasn't screwed in then there was light! 「From the first point of contact the service has been excellent. The messaging system is easy and replies are prompt. Check was straight forward and the apartment was so well positioned in terms of city centre location. The apartment was spacious and clean and quiet, just a perfect stay for a family of 4. 「This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed. Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate! We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed. Our bedroom was sparsely furnished...
