Als kleine Kritik kann ich nur anmerken, dass in der Dusche die Fugen mal erneuert werden könnten. Alle sehr freundlich, alles sauber, wunderschöne Einrichtung. Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt. Mitten im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Schön war‘s vielen Dank!

The apartment was great, perfect location to everything. The check-in process was very easy and they have an elevator which helped with our heavy luggage. Very clean apartment, comfortable beds. There is a small coffee shop down the alley which sells local coffee and pastries. Perfect stay if you are leaving Trieste on a cruise. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for your accommodation.

The room is very large and comfortable with an outstanding location. However, the noise from the upstairs apartment is clearly audible whenever they talk at normal volume or watch TV, which they did each night until 11 or midnight. If you can sleep through that then no problem. I couldn't.

Beautiful, clean stay in historic building with loads of charm and conveniences. Excellent location. Walkable to many tourists attractions, cruise ship terminal and from the train station.

The room was very clean and quiet. The kitchen could contain some instructions on how to use the coffee maker - would be nice to include a few bags of tea for those who don’t drink coffee.

Charming Unit Off Piazza Unita d’Italia

Our room was located on the fourth floor of a renovated stone building that had been completely updated. It came with a complete kitchen (full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and hot pot). We loved the exposed rock wall. The unit was in a great location, just a block off of the Piazza Unita d’Italia. We had great dinners just outside the building at Osteria Al Becca and Chimera Di Bacco. One recommendation. The A/C unit could not keep the room cool when the weather was 26 C outside. We tried leaving the windows open but the area was noisy and then there were the mosquitos.There was more noise at 4 am then there was at 8 am. You may want to close the windows snd keep the A/C running full time.

Perfect location if you want to be near the center of tourism, Piazza Unità d'Italia. The apartment is very cute and cosy in a very old beautiful building. Everything works well. The area is noisy until 5 am with people enjoying the nightlife. This is not a a trivial issue. For me I liked it. There is a bakery steps from the apt as you head to the Paizza. World class bread. No kidding. The management was very responsive, but a bit surly to my requests, which were minimal. I stayed there for just under two weeks, so my observations might be not be relevant to a short stay. If I were to offer suggestions to the management it would be the following. Provide a broom and mop for the floors. I would be happy to sweep and mop daily as I do in my own kitchen. The apt was only cleaned once during my stay. Not acceptable. Provide a timetable for cleaning. Provide instructions on trash disposal. Because I am in Italy so much, even though I am an American, I know the rules. When I asked about the trash, the response was " to take the trash to the outside the building on the main street!" I washed my towels which is fine. I just flipped and rotated the sheets after a week. The kitchen is very functional. No sharp knife or cutting board. Would I stay there again? No. Why not? I could not clean it the way it should be cleaned and they only clean by request or on Thursdays.

Es un departamento con cocina, lavadora, baño limpio y completo. Muy limpio. El lugar está escondido pero a una calle de la plaza principal! Tiene elevador y todo es sencillo. Privado, limpio, cómodo y a 1 min. de la plaza.

The room is great and the apartment is located perfectly in the city. There is an aircondition, it wasn´t cool enough so we tried to set it on a lower temperature..it took us a few days to notice, that the control panel on the wall didn´t control the AC. you need to adjust the AC directly at the machine. just a heads up

The room is great and bed is comfortable. Shower also is fantastic and clean. However, the kitchen stove top didn’t work. The breaker would jump each time we tried raising the heat. Even keeping it at number 4 , it would stop after 5 minutes. We had groceries ready and weren’t able to eat as planned , we lost all the food since we were Leaving the next morning. Also the kitchen has little to no supplies , not even salt or pepper. I wouldn’t stay here again.

First and foremost this apartment is in an ideal location, close to everything in the center but on a quiet tucked away street. The manager was friendly. We stayed on the third floor apartment. It was clean and had ample space and amenities. If you’re a light sleeper, though, the air conditioner is extremely loud and doesn’t function well.

Pretty easy to find, easy walk to train, close to the major sites and sea. Nice room, kitchenette (not fully equipped with utensils) note: electric stove top remains cool - we thought it was broken at first. Full bathroom and a washing machine (we had the attic room).

Posizione più che ottima in centro, perfetta per un weekend. Purtroppo però la sera diventa molto rumoroso per gli schiamazzi. Rispetto alle foto il mini appartamento appare molto "usato" nei mobili e nelle pareti. Apprezzabile il gesto delle merendine lasciate a disposizione ma con solo 2 cialde di caffè e nessun filtro per il the, ci hanno lasciato l'amaro in bocca.
