"Receptionist was downright rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming on our arrival. I have lived in Italy for two years to date and have never encountered someone so rude. Always fresh fruit, protein, pastries etc. Coffee, tea, cappuccino and other hot drinks were available at all times, no additional cost.
