"The property able to provide shuttle service from Okayama station and from the nearest JR station. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There’s a small restaurant in the hotel, so even u didn’t have dinner booking, there will be place for you to eat. The room is big and in good condition."

"子供の遊ぶところが、ラウンジから見守れたら
お酒やジュースを飲みながら見守り出来るのになーと思いました。ファミリー層のホテルなので、もう少し配慮していただけるともっと良いホテルになると思いました。
遅い方の朝食だったので仕方のないのかもしれませんが、残っていないものもあって残念でした。"

"We had an amazing time here, everyone was SO friendly. The onsen was lovely and the rooms had everything we needed.
The staff were really lovely and took time to show us the best bits about town, they made sure we saw the fireflies and the mechanical clock, plus great places to eat.
Friendly not flashy."
