“Very disappointed that the rules and regulations in the tenancy agreement we had to sign before we could get the address and key code were so lengthy with multiple fines for everything including using more than 1 towel each for the duration of our stay, that we felt we didn’t dare touch anything and couldn’t relax for the 3 days we were there. The owner then drove into the front garden the day after we arrived and knocked on the door to ‘get something from the shed’ but didn’t introduce himself……

“The stay was a wonderful break and the location superb, fab access direct to warrain beach and a few hundred metres walk to Culburra beach. Lots of kitchen supplies over and above what is usual - olive oils, lots of coffee capsules, glad bake, condiments etc.... the cleaning was below par , very dusty fireplace, cobwebs, skirting, kitchen splashback smears etc that for the price, would not have expected. Maybe just a nudge to the cleaners is all that is needed. There was a security camera……

“Great location and beautiful views. House was very clean, and great layout. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would love to return again. It would be good to have small bins in each bathroom for dirty tissues etc BUT certainly not a negative just a suggestion and a dust broom and tray for sweeping up sand. ”

“Plenty of kitchen items to cater for the size of the home. Clean and open space, not too many things around to worry about children or pets knocking over. Beach very close to property with many different access points. ”

“This gorgeous little home ticks every box for a perfect stay by the beach. Not only is it close to the beach and fabulous cafes, it is dog friendly! The finishes in this home are magnificent with a massive attention to detail and build quality. I am a choreographer and my partner is a builder now investment trader and our accomodation standards are very high and this place most certainly meets everything. Do yourself a favour and stay there, you will not regret it. We are going to book a……

“The property was as advertised, clean,tidy with comfy beds! A great little beach shack for a small family. Easy walk and access to Culburra Breach which is dog friendly at certain times ofthe day. We enjoyed our stay and so did our dog. A great size yard for dogs. Will definitely look at booking in the future. Thanks so much for having us ”
