“The host communicated and met all concerns I had presented to him. Excellent communication! Our trip was a pleasure due to our wonderful stay here this past weekend for 3 nites. The home is very clean and efficiently equipped. The game room was a bonus especially with our busy kids. All the rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. “The host was very nice and helpful, especially going out of her way to provide birthday decorations, which was appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the stay. The towels were unusable, the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, and there’s no place in the shower to keep soap or washcloths other than the floor. The bedrooms are very bare, with no place to store luggage aside from the bed or floor. The lack of basic functionality in several areas made the stay……

“We absolutely loved this property! It’s a block from the beach and right next door to an ice cream shop. We loved that the house came with linens, soaps, paper towels trash bags and bath/beach towels. There are even beach chairs and 2 umbrellas! It comes with beach tags also. “Overall, a great option for a stay near Seaside Heights. Only suggestion for guests is to make sure to bring trash bags and toilet paper as only one roll per bathroom is provided and only one trash bag, which is a first for me renting a VRBO for a family trip. ”
