「An idyllic, peaceful spot and a well appointed, clean and cosy cottage/annex.The track leading to the accommodation was a little tricky to navigate owing to some significant potholes, but picking our way up to the property was well worth it. Pauline was incredibly welcoming, without being overbearing, and it was a joy to meet her dog and horses. The quiet, rural views were wonderful to wake up to!」

「You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. We felt completely at ease from beginning to end. It certainly won't be our last visit.」

「We loved everything about our stay in Mafeking. The house, the garden and Benenden are all beautiful. Mafeking is a great choice for familys, there are plenty of toys and a lovely playground nearby. We extended our stay because we loved it that much and had a very friendly and accommodating experience with the costumer service. Next summer holiday we will be coming back and are really looking forward to visit Mafeking again. Absolutely recommended.」
