「We stayed here as a large group of extended family members and this could not have been more perfect. The property and home are absolutely beautiful. 「This 2-bedroom duplex is perfect for 2-4 people. It is nicely decorated, fresh and very clean. The host has thought of everything to provide for their guests. This is also in a very nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. The host responded quickly with any concerns or questions we had. We will definitely stay there again.」

「Treehouse was neat, a little small in the bathroom. The only thing that would've made it better would be a fire pit to cook over & enjoy a campfire & a grill of some sort. 「Property at the end of this cul-de-sac worked great for us three brothers and our families to stay for a weekend getaway. Place was clean and as advertised. Updated bathrooms worked well. Location was nice for city day trips and plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out. Cousins did lots of hide and seek. the pictured chess table was our family jigsaw puzzle table for the weekend. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was that the kitchen was oddly lacking some "normal" items....

Front desk in-polite in check-in.
"Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This is amont worst service for all the hotels I stayed on Hotels.com"
