Property exactly as described. Spacious house, lovely pool and gorgeous gardens/patio area with barbecue. Albert was attentive and available, with the pool being cleaned regularly and even supplying fans at short notice when the temperature spiked. Would definitely consider coming back to the same house if we visited the area again.

La maison est très spacieuse, soignée, bien agréable et bien aménagée ,très bien équipée également . Le confort de quatre sanitaires ( WC/douches/coin d'eau) est très appréciable pour un grand groupe . La maison dispose d un grand jardin avec une piscine bien agréable ; elle était un peu fraîche mais nous avions aussi la possibilité de téléphoner aux propriétaires pour le mode d emploi du chauffage de la piscine. .Adresse que nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander !!

Très belle maison très bien équipée et décorée, on se sent comme chez soi. Les espaces de vie sont vastes, 3 grandes chambres au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. Un seul bémol si on n'est que des adultes, le couchage au 1er étage est moins confortable.

Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Journée sur l’île d’Aix à partir de Rochefort,visite de l’Hermione , acromats Promenade St jean d’Angely le long de la Boutonne Tonnay Boutonne à 10 minutes à pied

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans cette grande maison très bien équipée. Le terrain est magnifique et très bien entretenu et la piscine est un vrai plus. Seules remarques : quelques fuites d’eau de pluie signalées aux propriétaires et piscine finalement non chauffée, chose apprise seulement une fois la réservation effectuée. De plus une caution est demandée avant le séjour. Malgré la pluie nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour grâce à cette magnifique maison et ses grands espaces, idéale pour des groupes d’amis ou des familles. Les chambres et salles de bain sont très spacieuses. Je recommande si vous souhaitez passer un séjour agréable en toute tranquillité.

Agréable maison très bien équipée, en face de la maison des propriétaires. Grande piscine et table de tennis de table. Situation en dehors du bourg mais proche de tous les axes permettant de visiter la Charente. Semaine réussie !

Un accueil à la mesure de la convivialité de nos hôtes. Nous avons fort apprécié la grandeur de la maison qui permettait aux 4 familles que nous étions d'avoir une intimité. C'est vraiment une maison adaptée à des réunions de famille ( grands parents, 3 couples et 5 petits enfants). La piscine fit la bonheur de tous, petits et grands. Ce fut un week-end très réussi et je pense que notre fils se rappellera de ses 40 ans ! Proche de Tonnay Boutonne, des animations possibles tel le port miniature de Saint Savinien et la plage à Fouras à environ 20 km. Bref un excellent séjour. Le seul petit reproche, les chambres du haut sont peu isolées du bruit du bas.
