Kitchen was underequipped and it was the basement of an occupied home with small children. Very noisy from up above, hard to get a good nights rest

The listing stated that it was the whole home, however it was just the renovated basement. I wanted the whole house and not just the basement. Although it was quaint, it was not how I expected. There was no washer or dryer unit, no stove or oven, and the AC unit would not cool beyond 69 degrees.
