“The best hotel in Tallinn by far. I have been here many times and will always come back. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The service is first class, as are the hotel rooms and public areas. The cocktail bar with delicious drinks and the cigar lounge attached to it are great! A perfect 5 star place. There is also a Casino next door which you can walk straight through the hotel. The restaurant is also top class if you want lunch or dinner. And of course the location couldn't be better, right……

“Our stay at Bob W. Tallinn, Estonia exceeded our expectations. The electronic access system for both the building and room was incredibly efficient and surprisingly easy to use, we were initially skeptical, but it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. The building and room featured a beautiful, modern design and were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the soft linens made for a great night’s sleep. “Most of the rooms are studio flats, but the kitchen isn’t right next to the bed so that makes cooking easier. A bit cramped, but alright for 2 ppl. Flat very clean, everything worked as it should, all equipment you need for basic cooking. Bed comfortable. Cafe in 5 minutes walk, supermarket and restaurants in 10min, train station with fresh produce market in 15min, Old Town in 20min. Public transport 15min walk. Building secure with codes for building, floor and room. Some rooms have balconies.……

“The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.”

“It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.”

“This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.”
