「Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine.」

「The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. The front desk staff will simply tell you they can do nothing as they cannot ask housekeeping the availability/status of the rooms. Some frontdesk staff were really...
