The beds are excellent. I had the best nights sleep in years here. The comfy bed and AC control made it for me. Specifically, the AC wasn’t set up to blast cold air at you but controlled the room temperature. The room was quiet and well set up. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was adequate.

There was toilet paper stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom that was disgusting. Obviously the cleaning staff did not look up while cleaning. Other than that the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was average.

My couch had "suspicious" stains on it. I reported that to the front desk the first morning I was there and got to live with those suspicious stains the whole time I was there. The icing on the cake was also getting charged about $150 when I left early after checking out for a family medical emergency

We booked a last minute stay after we checked out of another hotel in town where we had a terrible experience with our room. We should have just booked SpringHill to begin with. The property and rooms are very clean, as was the pool which we enjoyed again. We will be staying at SpringHill anytime we’re in town in the future. Thank you!
