"The people above us were fighting and screaming all night sounded like a herd of elephants were in their room. Our room smelled like cat pee. We reported the loud and I mean loud fighting and screaming yet it went on all night. Would never stay again the worst stay ever!!!!"

"This is my 3rd stay in the past 4 months and I appreciate the helpful staff, very comfortable and large rooms (and very clean), straightforward breakfast (open early with a good number of options), and easy location. The price is very reasonable and it is a quiet spot, next to Menard’s and just off some highways. An excellent, functional, place to stay with pleasant staff."

"Room and cleaning service was good. Wi-Fi was not reliable. Pool was unavailable the first night and the front desk lady had no idea why and was not very accommodating about it"

"I travel for business and booked 3 rooms here for my crew. One of my crew had to be moved to a new room because the door wouldn't work. Another crew members room was deplorable with the bed crushed into the frame. My bathroom had hair all over the floor and sink. The daytime gentleman was nice and friendly and helpful but the evening staff is terrible. The breakfast room was loked and you had to ask to be let in. There was aLOT of afterdark activity in the parking lot as well as a man in the lobby asking one of my crew members if he knew where the prostitutes were. The FBI building is RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Do not stay here. I'd get my money back if I could. "

"Everything is good "

"Host had great communication. Home was perfect for what we needed. Only complaints were a few picky things.. there were a few minor things that weren’t super clean, few dishes, few pieces of garbage left behind. Super minor. Also personally we’re not a fan of the bed and especially pillows being hard foam, but I know you can’t expect a perfect bed everywhere. Also didn’t love that the furnace was exposed, and the bedrooms really didn’t heat up at all if doors were closed. "
