「Alex at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a room on the courtyard side of the building. Room was clean and comfortable and was lovely to look out into the Courtyard. Hung out in the lobby for a few hours with my husband waiting for our flight, very nice and comfortable.」

「Room was clean and spacious. All kitchen utensils must be supplied by customer. Laundry room was large with multiple washer and dryer’s. Staff were helpful and friendly. Now here are my complaints, fire alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Other rooms were very loud during the middle of the night. I had multiple rooms playing loud music all through the night. Hotel is worth the price but some of the customers made it hard me to enjoy.」

「The room was well sized for a handicapped person. However, the shower was confusing because it was impossible to turn off the overhead shower and only use the handheld resulting in water going everywhere. The toilet was far too low for a wheelchair individual. The handicapped bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Otherwise, everything was excellent and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express which is where we always stay when traveling.」

「The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. 」
