“The room was clean and comfortable, but the staff were the true highlights! Mr. Willie was incredible with a group of fellow guests who had lots of kids. He set up a s’mores station one night and a hot chocolate bar another night. He had the crew all set up for movie night in the conference room! We were not a part of that group, but noticed the care he paid to each guest he interacted with. Carissa was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She stepped up whenever we had any questions.……
