“I was surprised that there was no complimentary Continental breakfast ”

“Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. Lack of cleanliness, no extra bedding for the pull out and wasn’t given any when asked. Just overall a terrible weekend. The guy that checked me on Friday night was……

“The entire hotel reeked of weed. From the lobby, up the elevator and into our no smoking room. Room was not clean. Stains and hair on the bedside lampshade. Carpet did not appear cleaned in years. There were objects under the carpet. Not small objects either. The AC didn’t cool effectively and room was sticky humid. The water did get very hot and the water pressure was excellent. So not a total loss, but not worth more than one star. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. ”

“The hotel was extremely deplorable. It reeked of urine and the rooms were very rundown. There was lipstick smeared on the door frame in our restroom. Stains all over the sealing. Door was chipping and a number knicks all over the walls. Carpet had so many stains. Used towel was left in the restroom. I trusted the name and this hotel doesn’t match what I have come to expect from the chain. Never again. ”

“I don't normally leave a bad review, but I feel this situation warranted one so that these items can be addressed or at least the public will be informed. First, the property is still branded as a Super 8. I live in town and I felt confused when I drove up, so I imagine anyone from out of town would be, as well. I did not see any Staywell branding or signs. Secondly, I don't feel the employee working the Front Desk was very helpful, nor was he courteous. I walked in and mentioned that I may be……
