「The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow. 「The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. 」

「Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das kleine Badezimmer ist mit einer zusätzlichen Türe zum Wohnraum getrennt. Die Bodenheizung war sehr angenehm.Die Umgebung Hamburg ist mit dem Auto von hieraus in ca. 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Beim nächsten Besuch in Hamburg buchen wir gerne wieder.」

But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine. Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone. "
