「It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...

Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. 「We usually go to Atlantic Beach but decided to try Tipsail for the week of July 4th. Had our family of 4 (8 and 5 year old) and had a nice time. Communication with the property owner was excellent and provided us all the details ahead of time. Place was clean, spacious and had a great oceanfront view. The beach was great and access was close by, and we were impressed by the size of the pool- which had a large shallow end for our toddler.
