“Property was clean, the hosts were welcoming, friendly and thoughtful. It was exactly as advertised, quiet and conveniently located for the places and facilities we wanted to visit. Local pub was just a short walk and served good food. The property was easy to find given the scafolding currently around the main house, but may be more tricky to locate when this is removed. “Myself, husband and our two teenagers had a good stay at the cottage. The condition of the place is excellent. All beds were comfortable. Great living room/dining room layout, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen size perfect, great for preparing meals in, everything you could need. “The flat you advertise on the website looks absolutely nothing like the property we stayed in. The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door didn't close.”

“Good price for the size of the flat. Travelled with a baby and was happy to have the space. Simple furnishings with no clutter. Parking in the garden came in very handy. Property is on a very busy road, expect to hear traffic all through the night. However, it came with the convenience of regular buses to take you into the heart of Bath in 15 mins if you didn't want to walk 30 mins. We did both and it was a great way to check out the area. “We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
