This is NOT a hotel. It is an apartment (airb). Be aware. We were so tired that had to stay and they don't refund. You have to notify them beforehand when you want to move in. Beddings were dirty, towels smell wetty, apartment wasn't clean enough.

The apartment is in a great a location, was very clean and was very scenic with floor to ceiling windows. Overall I had a great stay. You do have to coordinate to meet someone in the lobby and they show you to your room. They do come into the room to take your cleaning fee and take a picture of your ID. There is no privacy lock on the apartment door. Just a note that nervous travelers might want to know. Also, linens and shampoo/body wash was heavily scented.

This was one of my favorite stays. The host was so nice and did a great job at communicating. The apartment was super clean and had amazing views. There are high end shops in the area and nice restaurants at a walking distance. Whenever I wanted to venture out further, I just took an uber. I will definitely be visiting again and staying at the same place. I took this as a solo trip and I highly recommend if anyone is thinking about going alone or with company to stay here. Amazing area.

Good unit

Clean, functional space, comfortable with a fabulous city view quiet.The unit includes a washer, dryer, good size flat screen TV (the amount of quality channels is incredible), stove, microwave, oven, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with filters (bring grounds) and plenty of pots, pans, glassware, full set of knives, measuring cups, nice cooking utensils, etc. WIFI is excellent. There is no counter space for getting food ready, but a standard above stove microwave would remedy this or a rolling table for the microwave. There is no strainer and pasta spoon, making cooking pasta challenging. Safety is 100% with fobs needed for the elevator and entrance and a solid deadbolt on the door. All the staff were friendly and professional. A nice man took us up to our unit showing us the fob / security system. ENTER by the parking at 188 Cumberland (The first door on Cumberland when coming from Avenue is ok once you have your key and fob. You could buzz the lobby desk from here to initially get in maybe) It would be beneficial to give better information then just stating, “enter through the lobby” Close to subway St. George stop. There is a good grocery store (Whole Foods Market) and plenty of good places to eat around. Bring a few spices and spray / oil if you are cooking here as just salt / pepper. The OUTDATED bed headboard could be replaced with a thin headboard thus moving the bed forward allowing SAFE space for a 2nd person to get to the other side safely.

The area was perfect! The Royal Ontario Museum was right across the street and beautiful shops and pubs everywhere! Building was so secure and top notch with beautiful views through the all glass walls/windows! Right next to the transit for easy access to the whole city. Great immediate communication too that helped answer any questions. 10/10 would definitely stay again!
