Clean, comfortable, check in process was seamless, however the walls are built thin, I heard an entire family talking next door until 2 in the morning. Every word was audible. Apart from that, our stay was great. AC unit, although old, was highly efficient. Also, need more accessible outlets. Had to unplug the digital alarm clock so I could charge my phone.

The only thing I liked was the closeness to the highway. Each morning we woke up to nasty silverfish in the washroom in the sink and on the floor. Mentioned this to the front desk to have management reach out (they weren’t present on the du day when we checked out). Followed up again by phone two days later when nobody called me. Still have not heard from them 11days later. Clearly they could care less about their guests. Would not recommend staying here at all.

The bed mattress was awful, and I asked to have it changed, after a little time explaining the gentleman at the reception asked if I wanted to change rooms, I declined. I was in the hotel for two weeks and although I found the room small, especially the bathroom apart from the bed and no breakfast included I had no other complaints.

The actual check-in was smooth and easy until we got to our room. Housekeeping hadn’t done the room yet. However, one of them volunteered to get the keys for another room that they had just finished. Once in the room, we couldn’t get on the wifi. It turned out that they had written the code down incorrectly. A call to the front desk rectified that. The next day, we were out most of the day and when we got back our keys for the room wouldn’t work. We had to go back to the front desk and get our keys recoded. Once in the room, we couldn’t get on the wifi again. We were so tired of this that we just didn’t use it, which was actually quite inconvenient.
