Best find ever!

My Stay at Dairy Mart was an unexpected win! The hostess was kind and eager to ensure my happiness with the stay. The room was impeccable. The floor, even under the bed was spotless and dustless. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the shared living space was comfortable and filled with every convenience. The bathroom, though shared, was perfectly acceptable. If I ever return to Toronto there is no question where I will stay.

Owner charged exyta cleaning cost $35 which was not diclare in the expedia website when i was booking. Owner also didn't accept credit card without fee.

I did not stay. It was not at all was Expedia advertized. I chose this hotel because they advertized an $80 rate. When I got there they wanted an extra $60 for cleaning fees and a 2nd person staying in the room, for a total of $140 plus tax. I could have statyed at a far nicer hotel for that price I worked 12 years in Guest Services for various hotels. For Starters, the hotels that did charge extra for additional guests only did so when it was over 2. secondly, cleaning fees are never extra, they are included in the rate given Rest assured, it reflects very poorly on Expedia to dobusiness with this sham of a hotel

There's nothing interesting about the hotel. It was just a house converted to presume hotel. The room picture doesn't exist. There's no access to the presume hotel rooms.
