-Limited parking only 4 cars allowed on property, no overnight street parking allowed

-According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house limit of 8 people after 11pm all visitors must vacate the premises.

-No smoking or pets inside the house

-Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am

-Check in is after 4pm early check in can only be confirmed on the day of arrival.

-Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure.

-Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins

-Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.

Please be advised that I have a strict no smoking and no partying policy. There are cameras outside of the house and anyone in violation of this policy will be will charges a penalty fee of $1,000 and be evicted without refund.

Please do not park in front of other residential areas in the neighborhood.
