The queen-sized bed is comfortable and sofa beds are also available!

Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, small groups, families and those in town for business. The unit has a spacious walk-in closet and queen-sized bed. The kitchen and living area are fully equipped with everything you need to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. We have a smart TV in the living area (no cable).

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for the bed as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The bathroom includes a bath and a washer & dryer are also en-suite for guests to use.

High-speed WiFi is included in the unit as well.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.

* The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.

*There is 1 free parking underground garage provided in this unit. Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street at 15 York for 20 to 30 dollars a day.
