Had difficulty contacting the unit manager/owner. Concierge/Security was not informed where keys were kept. Had difficulty contacting manager/owner on the day of checking in, hence did not have internet to work, TV did not work, could not access parking as no one (even security/concierge ) knew what the parking number was, the unit had NO basic consumables in the unit (eg tea, coffee, sugar, etc). TV did not work for the whole of the stay although my guests were okay with that.
