「The hotel was very good all round. Room, bar area and breakfast all high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Limited parking meant we had to park at the sister hotel at the top of the hill but not too much of an inconvenience. The major downside not really within control of the hotel is the ongoing work around the harbour which had a significant visual impact from our sea view room and also meant there was limited access to the harbour area. 」

「I paid higher price for a room with a private bathroom, unfortunately the private bathroom is not in my room, my wife and I had to walk across the public landing, passing another room door, to get to the “private bathroom”. 「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」
