Beautiful new townhouse in great location for families
Light filled double story home away from home. Spacious Master Bedroom with balcony offering water views. Open plan kitchen, living and dining opening out to neat courtyard garden with built in barbecue. Secure parking for one car. Perfectly positioned opposite skate park, playground, sporting ovals and weekly farmers market. 3 min walk to cafe, restaurants and supermarket. Short drive to Torquay beaches and town. 6 night stay minimum.
My family (including 3 kids under 13) stayed at this property for 6 nights and found the townhouse to be very clean, very comfortable and in a very convenient location (close to supermarket, town centre and beach).
A hair dryer and basic kitchen provisions were lacking, but my family of 5 still enjoyed our stay very much.

Torquay Townhouse
Excellent townhouse, very cosy and spacious. Ideal for a family in a central location close to shops and 5 min drive to beach. Highly recommended. Thank you. Great value.

Great house perfect for a family.
We LOVED our stay at this BRAND NEW unit.
We stayed for a week with 4 adults and a 3 year old boy.
Our son was obsessed with the bunkbed, which was so cute and really well made. We have already enquired with the owner where she purchased it.
The house was very clean and well equipped. We were able to keep the unit clean during the week with all the necessary supplies provided. We also loved having a washer and dryer.
The unit is brand new, i think we were the first to rent it out. The position is great as its accross the road from a great park and skatepark and oval for the dog. Walking distance from the supermarket too. Not walking distance from the beach but that did matter for us as we just drove to different beaches daily. Other details we loved; smart tv which netflix etc, strong wifi, fully eqipted kitchen with everything you could need (we cooked most days/nights), clean BBQ, sunny outdoor area, huge garage for 2 cars and more free parking in street.
I few suggestions we have passed on to the owner would be providing a hairdryer, and some more placemats for the dining table. One other thing we noticed, the front door must be locked for it to stay closed, if it is windy the wind would blow to door open, we kept it locked anyway as we have a young child and the road in peak season during the day is rather busy.
We will definitely we back and will recommend to friends and family.
