Coastal Nest -walk to the beach!

Set up with guests in mind our cosy two bedroom unit is the ideal bolt hole for singles or couples looking for an affordable beach getaway, that`s close to everything! Styled beautifully with a coastal theme & just minutes walk to the to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee shops, you`ll be super comfy here and find everything you need for the perfect break. You`ll love the homely feel of the space, the comfy beds and proximity to the town & beach!

A single storey bungalow with two queen rooms.

The driveway is shared with the owner of the rear house, we ask that you please don`t park inside or outside the garage, or in the driveway - please use street parking only. The garage can be used to store items like bikes & boards if needed, but not for parking in due to the narrow nature of the driveway.

The home comprises of:

1 x bathroom - no bath
1 x separate toilet
1 x open plan kitchen, dining & living

There is currently no dishwasher - A dishwasher is coming but may not be in for Christmas 23.

I`m always available via the phone or booking site

This home has another unit behind it - sharing the same driveway. For this reason this home is not suitable for guests who wish to play loud music/stay up very late outside. We would like all guests to be respectful of our neighbours in the back residence and not block the driveway - thanks for doing this!

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
No loud music or noise any time of the day
Strictly no schoolies, hens or bucks
Shoes off on carpeted areas please
