Take in the magnificent tranquil 270degree North facing views of the first fairway at the prestigious The Sands Golf course, with its lush green grass and communal pool. Conveniently located only a short walk to the newly renovated clubhouse where you can enjoy drinks, dinner, lunch, or coffee and breakfast taking in the spectacular seaside views. Stroll along the beautiful sandy whites beach only a 5-minutes walk, 2.5km to Torquay North shopping centre, and 5km to the main Torquay town centre.

This modern 2-story Townhouse has a full kitchen, large fridge freezer, large dining table, study table, large living area with 65" smart TV, Sonos sound system, free NBN wifi, balcony with outdoor setting and BBQ, private laundry with washing machine and dryer, with Ducted Heating and Cooling throughout. Enjoy free use of a communal large resort-style swimming pool, tennis court, communal bbq, children's play park, and putting green. Access to use of the 25meter indoor swimming pool and Gym at the Clubhouse is a pay-per-use basis.

Holiday stay in Torquay but away from the busy-ness and lack of parking in January in town.

If you are looking for a quieter holiday with a balcony overlooking the golf course and 10 minutes from a lovely family orientated and dog friendly beach this spot is ideal. We all enjoyed our stay and were very lucky that the weather was great for the 2 weeks. Our host Justin was very oblideging and the communication was excellent. We would be very happy to stay here again.
