Clean but old and falling apart

First impressions are an old house that has new paint, outside is dated, can’t park in driveway as there is tenant out the back, doors are falling off hinges flyscreen not attached and flaps in wind, 1 shower in the back of house, door gets stuck, everyone experienced being locked in, other bathroom, no shower door doesn’t close, bedroom door falling off hinges, Tv, free to air channels didn’t work, some PowerPoints didn’t work, we ended up coming home early very disappointed.

Disappointing

BBQ filthy outside and in. Could not be used. No basics like S&P and a couple of tea bags/ coffee. ‘Old house smell’. Could easily be fixed. For price, needs basic work.
