Ad said there was a kettle & a toaster. There was a kettle and a microwave. There was no toaster & would have been good to know there was a microwave. Otherwise happy with the accomodation

Very Disappointing

We booked the apartment a week prior and for a two night stay.The fridge in the apartment is not working and has beach towels shoved into the shelves to presumably soak up any leaks! There is a fist size hole (all the way through the plaster) in the bathroom wall which as not been repaired. There were no bin liners to assist in 'emptying your own rubbish' instruction. The cleaning and set up of this apartment prior to letting was obviously very poor. The agents did not advise of any issue (the fridge!) prior to arrival, despite that being around 6pm on the day of the booking - plenty of time to have rectified these issues or at least contacted us with advice. Very disappointing for the cost of the property and spoilt the overall stay in a great location at Torquay. The property should not have been let in this state.
