“This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. ”

“The staffs are excellent. The front desk staffs we met are friendly and polite. The lady in the breakfast room prepared excellent lunch and was willing to start early on the weekend to accommodate for my sport team's early departure needs. Super convenient as the hotel is surrounded by fast food and grocery stores. The management should replace the "smart" microwaves in the rooms. It's very inconvenient and dangerous to unplug-and-plug to reset the microwave as the door is locked after the……

“The staff, Melanie was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, nothing special. My only complain is the bed, which is the most important part of booking a room. Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself.”

“The room was spectacular very clean with a spacious mini fridge and large balcony. The breakfast buffet was tasty and our last day we even received an à la cart breakfast. The saunas and outdoor hot tub were lovely. Overall a 10/10 stay! ”

One male staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the bagels at breakfast were stale. I was disappointed at his reaction. :( Otherwise a good stay!”
