“Nous avions besoin d'une laveuse à linge en milieu de voyage, nous avons donc opté pour un studio puisque les appartements n'indique pas la présence de laveuse. Quelle erreur, le studio est à l'arrière de l'immeuble avec une seule petite fenêtre de 3 pieds carrés dans le haut du mur. Pour ce qui est de la terrasse qui avait influencé notre décision, elle est à l'étage supérieur sur le toit et est encombrée de déchets, aucun aménagement. L'escalier pour l'atteindre est aussi encombrée de matériel……

“We would definitely recommend; our accommodation was a bit dark; a light bulb is out over the dining room table. The hot water lasted for 4-5 minutes so there was some wait time before showers! We very much appreciated the storage of our bikes overnight!”

“La photo ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité ; ambiance lugubre ; pas de chauffage à l'arrivée et il faut attendre 19h pour qu'il se mette en route. Aucun service, rien dans le réfrigérateur, une mini savonnette, pas de gel douche, ni champoing, serviettes usagées et grises, couette avec trous de cigarette. Accès à la chambre par un corridor encombré, serrure du corridor HS. Accueil lamentable, remise des cles et encaissement de la taxe de sejour et rien d'autre. La petsonne est repartie……

“The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one……

“This is by far the worst staying of my all life. Everything broken, AC was not working and terrible structure. Don’t ever try to stay in this facilities only good thing is the location. The rest is below 0”

“位於Brindisi 市中心及海邊不遠處，只需步行約200公尺就可以到熱鬧的街道。 房間空間很大，浴室和廁所是分開的，我們的房型還有一間獨立的衣帽間。 美中不足的是冷氣到早上就滴滴答答的滴水。 早餐也還行，服務人員相當友善。雖然沒有停車設備，但我們停車在飯店附近街上藍色格子內，應該還可以。”

“We had a great stay at The Palma Residence. The town was very peaceful. The view was exceptional, and the rooms were clean and well decorated. As a bonus there was a washing machine/dryer. Valeria was a great hostess. No regrets!”
