The house had everything you need and it was all clean. If you are going for a quiet holiday, this area is ideal. You really need a car to visit shops and villages/cities. At the Mar Menor Resort, almost everything you need is available, from supermarket to dining. There is also a strip with all restaurants/bars just outside the resort. The communication was a bit slow, but the service was good. All our questions were answered properly. We had a very nice week as a family of 3!

+ Great booking platform - true value for money + Good communication with the key holder + Amazing villa for a family with two kids + Super clean + Nice facilities - Potential risk of identity theft as all passports where submitted online without blacking out personal data and/or adding a watermark - Security damage deposit was not successfully collected - The sinkholes at the poolside were clogged. - No coffee machine available, filter or with Nespresso cups would do - The lock of the window in the porch is not closing. - The cover of some of the airconditioning remote controls were missing - The laminate floor suffered a bit from moisture/water damage

Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia, en general las instalaciones estaban en buen estado, a destacar la magnífica barbacoa. Sería recomendable disponer de unas breves instrucciones sobre como activar los equipos (aires, ventiladores, luces de la piscina, etc) ya que invertimos algún tiempo en averiguarlo, probando. Nos gustaría volver el próximo año.
