“The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. ”

“There was mold on the walls that made us all sick, there was stains on the bedding for the pull out bed (slept on floor wrapped in a towel). I enjoyed how many things were usable (hair curler, wine opener, glasses) and the rest of the place wasn’t bad. But very disappointing and not fun to get sick on the trip. Still waiting on compensation response from the owner. ”

“Hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet, we had it cleaned again. We had booked for 3 nights but found bed bugs after the first night and demanded a refund for the remaining nights which we fought for and received. Very well placed for the old town”

“Amazing location off main plaza! Ten min. walk from train station. Bring earplugs. Front desk friendly and helpful. Towels were thick, but beds a little firm. Lots of hot water, large closet, and outlets by beds. Luggage storage. Keypad entry. Reason for 4 stars: 1. Not soundproof 2. No English 3. The twin room was sold out, so I was forced to book a triple room for a higher price; but when we checked in, we were given the tiny twin room for the price of the triple. When I asked the front desk……
