“Un hôtel 4 étoiles vraiment bién entretenu ́ avec ûn très bon restaurànt avec des services comme piscine et autres. Calme et tranquillité. Il faut une voiture pour arriver. Lieu pour revenir et se reposer”

“Restaurants and staff were above average. Rooms were NOT. Overly scented with a bad smell. Desperately in need of a complete refresh. Furniture old. Sheets were scratchy. The owner needs to take some profits and refresh the rooms from top to bottom.”

“We have arrived late night and did not get a chance to explore, but staff waited for us us until late, made us feel home, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation Next time we shall definitely explore more. Thank you so much for”

“Very nice hotel , very professional staff. Excellent location.”

“Fantastic spot right next to the Roman theater and forum. Excellent accomodations and nice collaboration with Michele the bakery. Highly recommend!”

“Very clean and convenient!”

“There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion.”

“We came in October for one night so the pool and hot tub were closed. But this was ok and we enjoyed our short stay. Thank you.”

“Excelente. Quarto limpo, ótimo atendimento”

“The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Giuseppe made out stay at Hypnos. He went out of his way to be helpful and make our stay pleasant. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered more than a typical continental breakfast. The parking on site was a bonus. I highly recommend this property.”

“camera e struttura pulitissima e ordinata. bella zona esterna”

“The host is molto gentile.Really Like the atmosphere of family running villa! wonderful scene, hard to be picky. We will definitely come back again.”

“Bel soggiorno Camera pulita e ben servita in centro”

“The room was ok. I didn’t expect a shared common area and the included breakfast was off site. When asked about holding my bags while I explored on the day of checkout, I was only offered an exposed area to all guests. I didn’t feel safe leaving my things there. The owner was nice though!”

“The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. These terraces were also continuously monitored by cameras. The key card failed repeatedly; after the second failure, our calls and……
