「El apartamento está reformado y dispone de aire acondicionado que siendo el último piso viene muy bien. La urbanización tiene piscina y es muy tranquila, se notan los años pero está cuidada. El garaje esta en el interior de la urbanización lo que resulta bastante cómodo y está incluido en el precio. La ubicación es excelente porque la playa está a unos minutos andando. Con respecto a la atención del propietario fue impecable y rápida.」
