Our room was cleaned very well every day. All aeas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast choice is fabulous. Location is perfect for us, near to La Carihuela and right on the beach. The hotel was in a great location. On arrival we were not happy with our room. Although we had to pay extra for the room, Victor and Akexandro were very helpful in dealing with the room change. We were given a complimentary drink when the room was being prepared.

Wonderful trip. The hotel is great, location is right on the beach and has plenty of amenities. Hotel lobby and communal areas were fresh and updated. Rooms were old but spacious and clean with good bathrooms.
