- Bright, fresh and modern studio apartment in the popular Verdiales building, featuring a swimming pool, restaurant and garden bar. The glazed balcony on the 10th floor offers fantastic views of the beach and mountains.
The apartment was newly renovated in 2026 and consists of a large, bright room with air conditioning, a double bed and an additional sofa bed. There is also a kitchen area with new appliances, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a French press.
The newly renovated, modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is plenty of storage space in both the hallway and bathroom.
The apartment is located on a quiet street, just around a ten-minute walk from the beach and town centre. The beach can be reached via stairs at the bottom of the street, about a 15-minute walk away.
Verdiales has a reception and 24-hour security, with security cameras throughout all common areas.
