Go elsewhere, avoid at all cost!!
Villa internally is nice visually. Close to shops & restaurants. Pool well kept, air con good. Fly screens on windows. Kitchen well equipped. On arrival there was no kettle we were informed to microwave the water. A kettle was purchased. Parasols broken & rusted. Broken sunbeds, badly stained filthy mattresses with bird droppings. Outside dining table top not securely fitted to the legs. All outdoor furniture in dire need of a deep clean. Architrave in bedrooms not secured & fell off. Some sockets in living room & bedrooms not secured into walls. We were unable to use these for fear of electrocution; owner informed but disregarded our concerns. No 24/7 or emergency contact/cover. Owner slow to respond or did not respond to issues raised. We raised the issues with VRBO & have a case no. Some pillows had no protectors on them. The twin mattresses are of poor quality. On departure we stripped the beds & protectors for washing & noticed a large stain on the master bed which was clearly an old stain. On return home the owner sent a photo of the stained mattress & claimed € 400 from my card. He is unscrupulous. He claimed the stain was made by us; this is a totally unfounded allegation. He asked why we had removed all the mattress protectors. We informed him it should be common practice for hygiene purposes to remove these to be washed for the next visitors. This villa has many H & S hazards that need addressing. I am allowed 1500 characters there is a lot more I could write
